Disclaimer

As much as we love families and children at our salon, we are not always able to control the language of our guests, or the lyrics being sung on our music.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask our guests to give us at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling a service.

Wait List

If your requested stylist is fully booked or unavailable and you cannot find a time that works for your schedule, ask to be put on the wait list and we will contact you if an appointment becomes available.

It is greatly appreciated if you can call and speak with a member of our frontline team if you are running late. As a courtesy to guests booked after your scheduled appointment, we may require to reschedule your appointment if you arrive later than 15 minutes past the start time.

Late Policy

If our records show that two or more appointments have been no-showed, you may be charged for the missed service before booking another appointment.

No-Show Policy

If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date, or the total amount can be transferred to a gift card to be used at a later date.

Returns/Exchanges

Redos

Although we do our absolute best to ensure your satisfaction with your colour or cut, sometimes complimentary redo's are required. These services are provided at the discretion of management and must be completed within two weeks of your initial service.
